JOB DESCRIPTION
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through communities, networking, and other channels.
- Manage and follow up on leads provided by the marketing team, analyze and convert them into customers.
- Advise potential customers on the company’s services and solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Negotiate and sign contracts, resolving customer issues.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets.
- Regularly report on sales activities and results to the Head of Sales.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as a Salesman or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Knowledge of the E-commerce and 3PL Logistics industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and customer management tools (CRM).
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma required; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
