We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. Your order will ship within 2-3 business days on payment received. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to ship from our warehouse to the destination. It usually takes 14-21 business days. However, factors such as delayed logistics, weather, or customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.

2. TRACKING & LOOKUP
Once your order ships out, you will receive an email with your tracking information, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

Tracking details will be available once the package arrives at the courier facility. To track your order, please visit: https://track.angasa.com

If you haven't yet received a tracking number, that means we're working on processing your order. Your tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This can take 2-3 business days depending on how your order will be delivered.

 

3. TAXES & DUTIES (Outside United States)
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

4. DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
We pack every item as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery of the product. If that happens, please retain all original packing material and notify us immediately at cs@angasa.com

 

5. MISSING:
If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake.

The truck delivery vehicle has GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally and will arrive the following day.

Contact your local post office. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE (This can take a lot of time, and they only tell you what the tracking already says). Ask them who delivered the parcel and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions and can usually provide helpful information.

If the parcel does not show up (an extremely rare occasion), please call the Post Office and file a claim. You can call the USPS Hotline to file a claim, or you can do it online. Your package comes insured by the USPS, and they are liable for misdelivered or stolen property in most cases.


6. REFUSE DELIVERY

Please note, should an order shipped to you be returned back to us due to either being refused, unclaimed, or because of an incorrect shipping address you had given us. You will be responsible for the 2-way shipping cost of the order and a 25% restocking fee.

 

7. DELIVERY DELAYS
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

 

8. EMERGENCY SITUATION
Order delivery delayed due to acts of nature: Angasa store shall not be liable and will not issue any refund or credit if an order delivery is delayed due to causes beyond the shipping carrier's control, including, but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters or weather delays.
