Angasa provides fulfillment and shipping services across the United States. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure timely and secure deliveries. At this time, we do not support international shipping.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing time may vary during peak seasons or due to high order volumes.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (only available for select locations).

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order weight. Free shipping promotions may apply to eligible orders.
5. Order Tracking
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Angasa is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If a package is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.
- If a package arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging for resolution.
8. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Angasa is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events such as weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure circumstances.
9. Return & Refund Policy
9.1 Returns
Since all orders are fulfilled and shipped based on customer requests, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders due to customer errors. However, in the following cases, we may offer replacements or refunds:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was received.
- The package was lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the carrier.
To request a return or replacement, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with relevant order details and photographic evidence of the issue.

- If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Angasa.
- Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations at our discretion.
